All the programs which are under the national skill qualification framework have been prepared thoroughly by keeping the guidelines of such National Qualifications Register developed by National Skill Development Agency, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics which helps in developing the skills of the candidates as per the standards set by MSDE, Government of India

BECOME AN AUTHORISED TRAINING CENTER

NI-MSME, Government of India along with its National Training Partner NCFSE Group of Institutions is providing an opportunity through it’s State Training Associate, Punjab (STA) to well established Degree Colleges, College of Education, Engineering & Polytechnic Colleges, Private ITI’s to be an Authorised Training Center (ATC) & run this Skill Development & Entrepreneurship program in their campus who:

  1. Is already working in the field of education or interested to work for education development.
  2. Has a concern for the unemployed youth in the state.
  3. Is passionate to build a skilled youth network in the state.
  4. Has a good network in the entire district.
  5. Has the ability to get connected to the community in entire district to get enrollments.
  6. Can dedicate his/her time thoroughly in the project.

This project creates a skilled youth network in the state who will be skilled enough to start a brighter career with minimum educational qualification. They can be well settled in their respective fields and get employment in reputed organizations/industries etc. in Govt. & Private sector. Also they can be an entrepreneur themselves by starting their own business units and generate employment for others.

It would bring in a steady stream of revenues throughout the year for the ATC which would in turn become great returns on Investment.

ROLE OF AUTHORIZED TRAINING CENTER

  • ATC has to follow the setup of guidelines given by STA to provide required infrastructure to the students.
  • ATC must have a dedicated team, who is willing to do local promotions to get enrollments from their district/tehsil.
  • ATC has to bear local advertising, marketing & other logistic costs.
  • ATC has to work effortlessly in the specified area to get maximum enrollments for the training programs.
  • ATC has to register students on ERP software as soon as they get admis
  • ATC would ensure a well equipped digital classroom & a trainer to teach students.
  • ATC has to ensure the attendance of students through biometric system in the

SUPPORT FROM STATE TRAINING ASSOCIATE

  • Complete handholding to ATC for the smooth functioning of the project throughout the year.
  • Orientation & Training of the ATC staff & Trainers for the smooth functioning of the project.
  • Roadmap of marketing strategies to get maximum enrollments from the district.
  • Capacity building workshops for the ATC to boost their morale.
  • ERP software for proper registration, attendance and data management of the students.
  • Centralized online classes to students through ERP in the digital classroom at ATC.
  • Conduct written examination and practical training of the students.
  • Provide facilities to enrolled students like hostel & equipments required for practical training.
  • Allot student id, roll numbers & Student kit (Study Material & Bags)
  • Provide detailed mark sheets & certification by NI-MSME, Govt. of India.

MARKETING STRATEGIES

  • Recruit sufficient marketing staff to get maximum enrollments.
  • Paid & unpaid promotion across social media networks for brand promotion and generate enquiries.
  • Printing & distribution of centrally designed promotion material for marketing.
  • Conduct seminars, campaigns, wall writings, road shows & other events on cost sharing basis between ATC & STA to get enrollments.

PROJECT EXECUTION IN INDIA

Ni-MSME, Government of India has appointed NCFSE Group of Institutions to execute this project throughout the country which will provide an opportunity to the youth of the country for development of their skills and their future while keeping in mind the New Education Policy. In order to effectively execute this project NCFSE through its appointed State Training Associates are allotting Authorised Training Centers to reputed colleges, polytechnics, ITI’s, Management colleges who have adequate infrastructure, time and zeal to execute this structure.
